As an Augusta University undergraduate, Jaylan Richardson majored in Integrated Studies, curiously exploring the complexities of the subjective and empirical worlds. Fascinated by their elegant convergence, he is devoted to communicating scientific truth via detailed illustrations.

Since obtaining a B.A. in Integrated Studies, Jaylan has entered an M.A. program in Technical and Professional Writing at Middle Georgia State University. Upon completing his M.A., he plans to return to Augusta University to obtain an M.S. in Medical Illustration.

When not creating artistic works, Jaylan enjoys time with family and friends, catches up on the New York Times, and reads history and science literature.
